Cancellation Policy

No Refunds or Discounts will be rendered after services have been performed unless the additional guaranteed pick up or delivery date options were purchased and Passport was unable to comply. In this instance, only the additional guaranteed date fee is subject to refund.

Orders cancelled within a 24-hour period prior to vehicle pick up may be subject to a $350 last-minute cancellation penalty, otherwise orders may be cancelled anytime for a full refund if the service has not begun.
